We had questions about our exchange, if it was viable or not to do one. We were told to call 1031 Exchange Coordinators in Bellevue and they will give you a straight answer if it is worth it for you to do an exchange. We called and you told us after going through the numbers that we would only save a little bit on taxes and that it was borderline to do one. You passed the test.

Richard you’re a genius. I called you to do an exchange but you told me to incur my capital gain taxes of $17,000, put the whole amount into the oil and gas drilling program that I was planning to buy as replacement property that saves me $27,000 in taxes.
